Shipping charges are to be covered by the customer. Warranty is limited to product exchange (replacement) or money back for the original purchaser only as specified below: CASE A) CHANGES ATTRIBUTABLE TO DECYS CABLES AND SENSORS: The product delivered does not correspond to the one quoted or it has a manufacturing defect that prevents its operation. In this case, DECYS Cables y Sensores will cover the expenses associated with the replacement of the product. CASE B) CHANGES ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE CUSTOMER: The requested product does not correspond to the one required due to an incorrect selection by the customer (the model is not compatible with your equipment). In this case, the customer must cover shipping costs, import costs and any price difference.
