Returns & Warranty

The products and equipment have a guarantee against manufacturing defects for 15 days from the date of invoice, purchase receipt, or delivery of the product by courier. Manufacturing defect is understood when a product is poorly finished, or by any visible defect in the materials. They do not apply damage due to misuse by the client, dirt or for not having followed the cleaning and care instructions that are established on the product labels, as well as the recommendations by the Med-Light staff.
